Our Associate Director of Marketing and Portfolio Management joined us in 2012 as a Marketing Administrator. Over the years, they have demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, earning five promotions. Their journey through various roles has equipped them with a deep understanding of our marketing strategies and portfolio management. Today, they are a key leader in our marketing team, driving innovation and strategic initiatives that contribute significantly to our success.
Starting as a Sales Administrator in 1995, our Head of Commercial Operations steadily advanced through various roles including Sales Finance Co-ordinator, Commercial Operations Manager and Commercial Operations Team Leader before taking up their current position in December 2020. Over the years, they have taken on increasing responsibilities, including managing key customer relationships, overseeing logistics, and contributing to strategic business decisions.
