We are pleased to announce that we have extended our distribution agreement with long-standing partner Abiogen Pharma S.p.A. for the marketing and distribution of Thorens® (colecalciferol) in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The new agreement runs through to the end of 2031. 

The extension marks another significant milestone in a partnership that has spanned more than a decade, during which Galen and Abiogen have worked together and utilised Galen's established commercial infrastructure to support healthcare professionals and patients across both markets. 

Building on this foundation, the renewed agreement sets the direction for the next phase of the partnership. It reaffirms both companies' shared belief in the ongoing commercial potential of the relationship and paves the way for further portfolio development in Ireland over the coming period.
